Leadership is not just a role but an action that anyone can take. It requires specific experience, but most importantly, courage. Speaking out is an act of leadership that anyone with courage can do. Leadership takes many forms; anyone can be a leader, individually or in a group.

It’s important to note that holding a management position only sometimes makes someone a great leader. Developing leadership skills is a complex process that takes time and effort. Building these skills early rather than waiting for a leadership position is crucial. Remember, improving your leadership abilities is an ongoing process that requires continuous improvement. It’s necessary to start honing these skills without waiting for a leadership role. Developing leadership skills can also enhance your effectiveness as a person. You don’t need permission to build your skills and gain experience in leadership. It’s about taking action, and it’s an inclusive context that’s not limited to a particular role or experience. Courage is often required to take action, but speaking out is an act of leadership that anyone can take with courage. Anyone can be a leader, and taking action is the first step.
