Understanding the Subjectivity of the Past

The concept of “the past” doesn’t exist.

Every individual creates a personal narrative, rewriting their past to support their present self. They may erase events that don’t align with their current plans. Recognizing that the present moment influences how we view our past, not vice versa, is essential. Resorting to violence shows a lack of maturity and respect for others. Anger only creates division among people.

It’s important to accept others as they are without trying to change or manipulate them.

Showing respect for others means allowing them to grow and unfold. By valuing someone without forcing or negating anything, we create a starting point for encouragement. To understand others, we must see, listen, and feel with empathy. Our world is subjective, and we give meaning to events and experiences. Finding acceptance and affirmation in our current situation, even in difficult times, is essential.

Throughout history, the “now” has always been the most important, and those in power often rewrite the past to justify their position.

Living in the present moment is crucial, as you are the one who determines your own life. This philosophy opposes nihilism and promotes courage. It is not about what one is born with but how one uses skills and abilities. Regardless of past events, they should not impact how you live. It can be scary to take steps forward and make practical efforts. Loneliness is feeling excluded from society, the community, and others around you.

It is common to feel inferior in the present situation, but we must remember that weakness can be solid and robust in our culture. Feeling inferior can be healthy, but only when comparing oneself to their ideal self, not others. Even when feeling confident in one’s correctness, it’s important not to criticize the opposing party.

Success is not based on inherent abilities but on how one utilizes their talents.
