People’s perceptions of their past are personal narratives that they tend to change to fit their current selves.

Our present moment significantly impacts how we view our past, not the other way around.

Establishing a presence is crucial for building connections.

Being present is our innate state, which paves the way for a solid relationship.

To enhance our ability to be present, we must first identify our strengths and areas for improvement. As we deepen our self-awareness, we gain a stronger grip on our actions, paving the way for personal growth.

It is crucial to understand that consequences and lessons will only be practical when a child is calm and attentive.

Establishing a robust connection with children is not just crucial, it’s our responsibility. This connection can help them regulate their emotions and process new information more effectively.
